Research interests

The research interest of Dr. Mohamed Awad focusing on the effects of pre and post harvest factors on fruit physiology especially fruit quality and storability. Also the physiological effects of environmental stress factors e.g. salinity, heat and drought on growth and productivity of fruit trees as well as studying problems related to date palm production chain from field to fork.
